Since 1984, Archer Animal Hospital a has been a favorite of pet owners in North Central Florida. We built our business on customer service and word-of-mouth referrals from our satisfied clients.  

We utilize state of the art equipment, a caring staff, a close vicinity to the University of Florida Veterinary facilities and Affiliated Pet Emergency Services, Inc., which handles critical care in North Central Florida.  Today, we are a thriving facility caring for many new generations of local animals.

At AAH, we promote preventive medicine and wellness care for your animal to help prevent problems before they start and keep your animal healthy.

For your new pet, you can choose from a variety of economical vaccination packages that give your new baby a good foundation, incorporating all required vaccinations to promote a healthy growing animal. Sometimes (as you may know) new animals can be a handful, so we also can help you understand and deal with their often quirky, individual behavior to get the most our of your relationship.

As part of comprehensive care options, we offer consultations on specialized diets to aid in the treatment of illness or disease, weight management, or for long-term health care. Your animal's dental care is important as well, and we believe in helping you maintain good dental health for your pet.

Should you have a sick or injured animal, we have state-of-the-art, in-house diagnostic equipment to aid in proper diagnosis and treatment. In addition, we provide a full range of surgical procedures from neutering and spaying to comprehensive surgical measures and post-operative care.

Should you wish to explore alternatives such as acupuncture, herbal remedies, and Chinese medicine, which can offer consultations on safe, natural remedies for chronic pain and illness management. We can help you understand these types of therapies and decide if they are appropriate for your pet.

With your busy schedule in mind, we offer a convenient drop-off service when you pet is scheduled for treatment and pre-scheduled home visits upon request.
